Yes, if you format your hard drive with a Windows 98 start diskette first. It is easy. Just load the diskette and reboot, then when it gets to where there is a prompt that just says A:> you type in FORMAT C: and hit enter. When it asks are you sure, hit the Y key. When it is done, put the OS X CD in the drive and reboot your computer. It will install just fine.

Sorry , but OS X is designed specifically for MAC systems only...
Go ahead and install MS Vista, gives you the look and feel of MAC OS X...
Although nothing can be compared to MAC... its the best...

You need to go to mac support website and ask this question
as for downloading the opperating system you will not beable to do that, it is not a free opperating system
for free opperating systems try anyone of Linux by using linux you will get all the software to go with it also free, games, cd/dvd burning. media players you name it you will get it
Linux is a better operating system than MS windows xp or Vista

Sorry, you would need a Macintosh. There are hacks that allow Mac OS X to be intalled on PCs, but they're quite difficult and never work with a full range of hardware and features.
