Outlook keeps crashing so what else can i use to get my emails of the net?

Microsoft Outlook is different then Outlook Express. If you are talking about Express you should be able to download it from the Microsoft Site. I believe it comes with Internet Explorer when you install IE.
There are other email clients out there. Comes with Netscape, Mozilla, Firefox. You might want to try one of these.
You might want to try compacting some of the mail folders or compacting and archiving some.

Use Mozilla browser Firefox and email program Thunderbird.
