Discuss the tension that a community must face when conciously designing a utopian society. If you form a thesis around the difficulties of developing a utopian society without the need for fascist control, you should be able to pull off a very easy A. Try to argue that the ability to do evil is a necessary outgrowth of human creativity and freedom. Assert that the elimination of evil through complete control of the individual will only result in a greater evil while simultaneously destroying human creativity. That should get you a nice grade.
