Yes if it is for sports but otherwise no for two reasons
1. because it is a energy booster (i am sure you want some rest during the day)
2. because it is expensive, you will not believe how fast the money goes when purchasing these drinks.
If you choose to go ahead with this then at least purchase Gatorade powder mix to save at least 50%.

its ok occassionaly but still has a lot of sugars.kids are better just drinking water or milk 2 percent is better most kids are not getting enough exercise and will get fat if they dont stop consuming so many empty calories.good luck.

its a sugary juice drink, but if they have been excercising, it would be good to regain energy.
but its really just juice. thats all.
