Go to "http://www.recovermyfiles.com/" -- thier products saved my life. If you just need to recover pictures, don't bother with the full version of the product, only use the "recover my photos" version. If you need everything (.doc, .dll, .etc) use the full. You can download and run for free. If it finds the files you are looking for, you will need to purchase and enter a registration code. You need to run it on a mapped drive (has a letter extension).
