Out of the shows you named, Petey Williams no doubt has the best finisher. However, check out CMLL and AJPW on youtube-they're moves top the Canadian Destroyer.

Personally i would say the Undertaker's Tomb Stone Pile driver if it was done properly. Also Samoa Joe's Finisher is pretty sick, he would come in second.
