I want to get a tattoo back there but I cant afford electrolysis. Is there a way I can do it myself or a cheaper way then electrolysis?

Permanently? Other than laser...I don't think there is any other way.

Most ot he permanent hair removals are expensive. You could also check out laser hair removal.
Otherwise, you can have it waxed regularly or something like that. Don't know what it will do to the tattoo though.

electrolysis is only $20 per area in my state..... other than that good luck shaving.

black men's hair removal lotion works on me pretty well. It is by no means permanent, but it gives you smoothness for about 2 weeks

they have laser hair treatments
oh there is this new stuff u just spray on ur hair then rises the hair off

Wax it. There is probaly a place (salon) that waxes. You could probaly aske them to do it in a diff. room if you dont want people to watch. I did that when i got waxed.!
