No, to be honest genealogically speaking their muscles are identical to ours in all aspects, African Americans are more athletic because they put in the work effort, and due to slavery and the labor jobs forced on them after the abolition, they are more likely to be born with the genetic ability to become extremely athletic with the right work ethic. However, as the years progress that likeliness decreases greatly.
