Help !!! 300 point research essay on Mexico...?

Question

Hi, I am doing a research essay for my english class (10th grade) and i am going to do mine on Mexico. It is worth 300 points (WOW) and has to include a title page, a map with major cities noted, geographical areas included (like Mountains, Main bodies of water, plains, valleys, deserts, ect.) A recipe, a song, a newspaper article, story/folktale, or poem. My main question is what kind of map shows all of the above listed like mountains, main bodies of water,ect. ? Or what website would i find one? Also if you know of any other useful websites that would be a great help with info about Mexicos language, Food, culture, Historical figures/wars, holidays, entertainment, religion, weather, landscape, attractions, imports, exports, customs, ect. I am having a difficult time trying to find all this info.

i live in monterrey and we have lots of mountains, such as CERRO DE LA SILLA which is very famous, also THE SIERRA MADRE ORIENTAL and the sierra madre occidental.

FOOD well we have a lot of delicious food but it depends on the area.. were i live in the northeast the most tyipical food is CABRITO and LOTS OF CARNE ASADA...
