how do I us a photo from my pc as my back ground picther?

OPEN UP PHOTO right click it and choose set as background ..if you want to change it's how it displays like stretched or centered you can right click open screen > then click properties> then desktop tab> then position> choose your option then YOU MUST press apply or it won't ..

If you open with internet explorer and set as background it will set it as centered..
