arterial pumping doesn't really have any effect on circulation

atrial contraction has a minimal effect, mainly just to eliminate the blood from the atria and help ensure the ventricles are full

myocardial division is not mechanical energy

ventricular contraction is the mechanical force behind sending blood in ventricles through every artery in the body, thus circulating the blood

The best answer is d.
