Here's something creative that will be appreciated and you will have fun doing:
Make up a crossword puzzle and have all the hints be personal inside moments and jokes that only you two would know about. Put it on a poster board and add some clipart and some pictures to it!
The crossword puzzle could be time consuming and a bit frustrating ... you could do the same idea with a WORDSEARCH or WORDFIND puzzle.
Put your computer skills to work! Use Excel, get clipart from Yahoo Images Search, copy them, and reformat them, use a gluestick to put on posterboard.
Use graph paper, and pictures from magazines if you are not as good on the computer, and it will give it a homemade feeling.

Nothing is better for a Dad than something that contains a picture of you or the family----framed photo, small album, scrap book, caricature, etc. If it's not very soon from know, check the web .

YOu could take a picture of you as a child with him or just you and dress it up into a nice frame. Somewhat like a shadow box (only not that expensive). YOu can do this with any kind of paper and what you have around the house.

well don't feel bad about not being able to spend alot of money on him. get him a nice card. this is what i have done before, just spending some good old father daughter time together. go fishing or a walk in the park just talking about whatever. usually just spending time together is the best present you can give someone who is special.

Frame a favorite photo
Bake him something good
make coupons for different task that you can do just for him
take him on a date just you and him, Example: Breakfast at mickey Ds, Shoneys or I hop or prepare a BBQ for him and you make all the arrangements for the family fun
or you can have a this is your life skit . Good luck!!

The best present is to tell him that you love him.
You can buy a card but better yet make him one with a pic of you in it and a nice verse or poem.He will cherrish that forever.
Then..........take him out for some icecream and a nice walk together.
That's all it takes.

yeah, take some old photos of you and him, then go to the 99 cent store or any store really and get some nice picture frames....there you have it not just a gift but a momento and something special that he'll cherish forever....i did this for my dad last fathers day it was cheap and easy, and he still talks about like it was yesterday, goodluck!!!

I think the best present I ever gave my dad was a double photo frame with both of our baby pictures in it, mine and his. We look a lot alike and our baby pic's were nearly identical except mine was in color.
