If you care about this girl, take the mature approach and discuss things. What you consider gross some other people would enjoy, and there may well be things you do that she considers gross. How would you feel if she dumped you over something like that? You'll probably come across other similar intimate situations, so you'd might as well learn how to handle them. The answer isn't to "dump" anyone.
