Pisces and Capricorn

Pisces and Capricorn are a surprisingly excellent match... surprising because one might wonder what the fantasy-loving Fish has in common with the ultra-practical Goat. To understand this puzzle, you need to take a closer look at Capricorn's symbol... it's not just a Goat, it's a Sea-Goat. Since most of you are really Mermaids and Mermen at heart, it won't take much for you to convince the stoical Capricorn to join you in the soothing waters of love.

Pisces is a Mutable Sign and Capricorn is a Cardinal Sign, so you're generally willing to follow Capricorn's capable lead. Not that you can't find your own way, but rather you are more comfortable with someone else taking care of the bothersome details of getting ahead in life. In return, you can create a peaceful haven for Capricorn to escape to, something the Sea-Goat will appreciate deeply. Capricorn often suffers from a bad case of the worries, but you bring a breath of romance and idealism - and your praise and affection delights and eases the daily pressure. Capricorn does not easily verbalize deep feelings that are there, but you intuitively recognize your Goaty lover's loyalty and passion. Randy Cap is open to sexual experiment, but as a rule, prefers not to take the initiative at first, at least until your Goat is sure of its ground.

Capricorn is fundamentally loyal, needing a supportive partner to whom he or she will remain faithful, once committed. However, should you prove unfaithful, the green-eyed demon of jealousy will emerge with a vengeance. Some Capricorns are sexually repressed and can appear frigid or disinterested. This can be overcome by spending some time and delicate experimentation finding out what turns your lover on.

A Water Sign blending with an Earth sign, Pisces and Capricorn often to do very well when in comes to securing a comfortable material future. Water needs Earth to provide structure while Earth needs Water to be fruitful and multiply. Raising a family, even just a family of assorted friends and pets, comes very naturally to the two of you. Amassing a fortune is not out of the question, but both Pisces and Capricorn come into this world with some karmic baggage to work out, so don't expect anything to come easy! Instead, maintain a sense of integrity and you will find that together you are able to improve your lot in life.

This combination works well . If you love a Capricorn and want to spend the rest of your life together, have a compatibility study that will help you understand your combined strengths and weaknesses. This can be a perfect match.

For Capricorn: This is not a bad match. The Pisces' eagerness to please will attract and hold you. This union will only encounter problems if you neglect the Fish's need for attention. ( Source: Love Test )

For Pisces: This is not a bad combo in general however, you will probably run around on the Goat due to loneliness. You are also too wasteful for the Capricorn to deal with. ( Source: Love Test )

You are More than a Sun Sign
The relative positions of all the bodies in our Solar System to each other and their positions within the 12 Zodiac Signs, flavour your basic character that is initially set by the Ruling Planet.
An Astrologer draws your individual Birth Chart, by placing at the exact position in the Zodiac, at the time of your birth - the Sun, Moon, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus, Neptune & Pluto. Some Astrologers will also take into account a variety of Asteroids.

I can not overemphasize how this combination of influences, positions and inter-relationships, shift what a professional Astrologer considers not only for your Character at time of birth but how the chart of past, present & future moments influence your behaviour and reactions to circumstance, what the public think is predicting the future. This is in fact more like forecasting the weather but does have the advantage of totally predictable planetry positions.

Your 'Stars' or Sun Sign column as popular in magazines and web sites, use ONLY the Suns basic position in the Zodiac, it can be uncannily close at times but is only the first of many considerations when it comes to understanding you, your motives, how you react in different situations and of great importance to you - how the predictable positions of planets will influence your future. The interpretation of that comes down to the technical skills and intuitive abilities of the Astrologer

IN GENERAL
Pisces and Capricorn

When Capricorn and Pisces come together, it's a partnership of opposite natures attracting. Capricorn is practical and down to earth, scrupulous and possessed of a strong work ethic. Pisces is very spiritual and dreamy, taking on the needs and concerns of those around them. This couple is sincere and devoted to each other, and both have good morals. They admire each other: Capricorn likes Pisces ephemeral and kind nature, and Pisces appreciates Capricorn's quick mind and tenacity. This is a relationship that may take time to develop, but it will get stronger. The Capricorn-Pisces duo is based on teamwork and the reciprocal fulfillment of each other's needs. Difficulties can arise if Capricorn is too brooding for Pisces' easily-hurt feelings. Pisces needs to understand that this is Capricorn's style and not a personal attack. Pisces might dislike Capricorn's stubborn streak, but can learn to be patient and understanding. Additionally, Pisces enjoys indulging Capricorn -- the Pisces commitment to service and domestic bliss combines well with Capricorn's desire for a well-kept home and preservation of material goods. Capricorn is ruled by Saturn and Pisces is ruled by a combination of Jupiter and Neptune. Saturn is the planet of dedication, authority and responsibility. Higher learning, ethics and standards are ruled by Jupiter, and Neptune influences Pisces' take on popular media, dreams and illusions. These three Planets complement one another because they have a good sense of compassionate justice and are dedicated. Capricorn is an Earth Sign and Pisces is a Water Sign. Earth Signs are about possessions, and the Capricorn-Pisces partners usually surround themselves with items reflecting their sophisticated taste. The Water Sign relies on emotion and intuition, making the Pisces the fueling force behind the relationship in a quiet way. Along with the Sea Goat's desire to be financially secure, love of a fancy home life ensures that this couple will aspire to a higher ground. Capricorn is a Cardinal Sign and Pisces is a Mutable Sign. While Capricorn tends to focus on one project at a time, Pisces likes to move float from one thing to another as the feeling takes them. Because of their flexibility, it's easy for Pisces to become interested in the projects that Capricorn is devoted to. In turn, Capricorn needs to give Pisces the freedom to enjoy many things and learn not to take it personally when Pisces gets bored with something Capricorn enjoys. Pisces can hold on to Capricorn's ideas and make them produce something even if Capricorn has moved on; in turn, Pisces can sometimes show Capricorn that flexibility is sometimes better than a stealthy determination to do things their way. The best aspect of the Capricorn-Pisces relationship is their wonderful blend of temperaments. Both partners enjoy having someone to share their life with, and Pisces likes helping Capricorn achieve their goals. Their difference in temperaments make theirs a highly compatible relationship.
