Habits. You need a healthy diet, cut out or lower your caffeine, salt and fat intake. If you drink a lot, cut down, do it in moderation. And if you smoke, STOP! Also, make sure you get 7-8 hours of sleep each night. and finally exercise. You don't have to be a health nut, just make some changes and move into a more healthy direction. You'll be ok.

Well it sounds like u might be going through a bit of a depression, which is normal for many. All the symptoms r of what the doctors consider depression but it could be another medical condition as well.U would be better off seeing a doctor and asked to get your regular blood work done for u don't feel right.U could have an iron deficient or have low sugar n those things can cause the same as what u listed. For a proper diagnosis see a doctor as soon as possible.Do the blood work first n if nothing wrong then most likely depressed. If your not eating properly it can cause your body to feel rottin.Aches n pains tired moody etc...It's amazing how much we need food to nourish our bodies.Good luck n hope u get better soon.

I had the same problem. For me, it was lack of physical activity. At age 25, I was out of college, and my athletic career had just ended. At that point, my body was so beat up from all the training and competitions that I figured a break would be a good thing. Problem was, I took a 2 year break. I felt like a 50 year old man. After talking to some of my friends, they recommended I get my lazy butt back in the gym. That ended up being the solution. I had transitioned successfully from a Division I college athlete to a couch potato in just 2 years. Since that realization, I have gone back to the gym and my energy has returned.
In summary, do more exercise-related activities. Go for walks, go jogging, go for bike rides, go to the gym, just do something to get active. Don't get discouraged though. Getting "in shape" is not an overnight thing. Not even a "within a month" thing necessarily. Starting a workout will make you more worn down than you already are, but gradually, your energy level will return. Just stay positive, and keep at the workouts.
Hope that helps you. Best of luck.

Its probably just stress. Do you have a stressful job? or a current stressful situation? 25 is still young. I'm 40 and I don't consider myself old. Your also at a turning point in your life. Most people around 25 discover that they have important things in life to face. School is over, and its time to face the real world. You can't be staying out all night drinking everyday because you have to be at work in the morning. You have to start paying attention to your 401k plan, or other investments. You even have to pay attention to politics, and look at the big picture rather then just being anti whoever is in power. You have more responsibilities now, and it makes you feel old. But don't look at it that way. Look at it as the next stage in your life, and let the worries of aging pass.

You must change your mentality. You can be 18 but if your mentality is not strong enough it will be the same too. Tell yourself that though you are 25yrs old but still young at heart. As for low sex drive, tired and stress are the main course of your fatique. You can have a check up to be sure if itnot a medical condition.

I think you should go to the doctor. Anytime a 25 year old male has a low sex drive there's got to be something wrong!!

I you are a man do the same except the prenatal v-,
just take the vitamins for men its a daily pack right at wall mart,or Walgreen's. if none of this helps I suggest you go see a family doctor.

It's just a part of getting older and getting more and more responsibilities. Just take time out for yourself, exercise more and get outside. Try to get more sleep, too.
You're only as old as you feel...

There are some medical issues that can cause those symptoms...possibly hypopituitarism which should be ruled out. Check out your symptoms in this table and seek out an endocrinologist to test all your hormones http://www.goodhormonehealth.com/symptoms/gland_hormone_symptom_table.html
