GapKids makes slim pants. You can order online, or they have them in the stores. I used to work there, and there were tons!

Gap and land's end has departments for boy's slim sizes, and both are good brands--they hold up to anything! My brother has always been always long and skinny, and he practically grew in wearing land's end clothes. They're good quality, and not overly pricey. Yeah gap.com http://www.gap.com/browse/category.do?cid=6189 they can order for you in the store or do it online and you can return in the store if they dont fit. they also come w/ an adjustable waist. Take him in and let him pick out a pair then order thats the best way to go.
