You should work on mastering the grammatical mechanics of the English language first. One wrong hit, and you will be screwed.
Cheers!

No, the dynamics of the footballs are identical.
The Size and weight will only effect you while throwing each ball, your range and accuracy will most likely be greater with the high school football, however not because you are used to the college one.
Really, I would suggest practicing with a high school football to develop on your accuracy, much more important than your range.
Also, the better you get using one the better you will be overall... so just practice with the one you are more comfortable with ( most likely the high school football).

Throwing the bigger ball will help you to strengthen your arm and even hold on better but don't get into too much of a rhythm with it because you should probably practice with the high school ball 2 or 3 months before the season to get used to it.

Um... what this is is a major lie. I've been to all 50 states and watched high school football games in all of them. I play football myself as a fullback and linebacker, I'm even known to change my jersey number and run out onto the field to play as QB when ours are hurt, i have a decent arm.
High schools play with a NCAA regulation sized football.. so either you're a 8th grader right now, going into your freshman year of high school and haven't thrown yet, or this is just a complete lie.

if your concerned with distance it would only strengthen your arm. but when you're in a game, you are going to be over throwing the ball, and your aim will be off. I say stick to a regular football you would use in practice.

you are in high school kid, you got time to play with big balls, stick to the smaller ones that you are used to and that all your teammates play with. If you are playing with small balls every weekend, it would,nt make sense to fool around with big balls all week. Let the grown ups play with their big balls and stick to the smaller ones.
