Estoril.is not quite as glamouros as Monaco,but it is a lovely place to visit.The casino is fabulos.The resort has a definate vibe.
Brussels is very interesting,but not glamouros.
Amsterdam,is an experience,but not glamouros.
Lisbon again is interesting from a tourists viewpoint.
Istanbul,is another world away,facinating soukes,but not glamouros as in jet set lifestyle.
Havn't been to the other places.
MONACO would be top of my list for glamour.

Estoril is a top snazzy place in Portugal and certainly glamorous and probably better value than Monaco or Cannes.
Lisbon has character and charm and is glamorous by virtue of a very impressive river/seafront as well as Estoril, Cascais and Sintra nearby.
I’ve yet to meet someone who has been to Estoril or Lisbon and came back disappointed.
