My husband gets paid every Friday. He works as a certified mechanic and licensed smog technician. His typical work week is Mon. - Fri. but his boss recently gave him the option of also working on Saturdays if he wanted to. Since he works 40 hours Mon. - Fri., the 8 hours he works on Saturday is all over-time pay at time and a half, which gives us an extra $960 per month, just in overtime pay. I'm not sure how this will work out when we do our taxes, as it may put us in a higher tax bracket. We also own a medical transcription business, and since I only bill my clients once a month, I general get paid around the first of each month.

No I get paid every fourth Wednesday (Today !) and 25% of it goes to the State

I get paid on the 1st and the 15th. The State does not take most of my money, and what they do take, I get back a little of thanks to my teeny tax refund :) rofl

Yes thank go. I get payed by weekly, so when its pay day its awesome. No they do take a lot, but not most of it.
