When was the last time you donated blood, and are you going to do it again?

I donate about four times a year, last time in December. It's actually good for me because I have a slight iron overload, something a lot of guys get and is rarely diagnosed. Women don't get it because of the monthlies, but for guys it's similar in effect to anemia and can lead to arthritis and liver damage.

I donate blood every sixteen weeks, and I will be doing so again on the 26th March 2007. Every sixteen weeks is the amount of time that has to elapse between donations here in the UK. It may be different in other countries.

2005. I donated at least once a year until 2006. Didn't donate in 2006. Just had too many other things to think about last year.

Last Thurs and yes, I donate every 8 weeks ( or when the blood drive bus comes to my work)

3 months ago, with delmarva blood bank. they were terrible, went through the back of the vein and all. i usually donate every two months but i caught ringworm from the local gym so have to wait for it to clear up. Only use the red cross however, smaller companies just dont seem to have quality employees.

I last donated in Ocotber of 2006 and will donate again soon.

most of my adult life i didn't meet the weight requirement and i was so happy to donate the first time. i felt i had "arrived".

now, i hate it

Never, and i never will unless a family member needs it. Nurses have a hard time finding my veins, and i have poor circulation
