Well its from those drunks who are walking home at night and lose a shoe and are so drunk that they don't even realize it untill the next morning!!! That has happened before to many people I know.

Thugs probaly stole the shoes from some white nerd. And just left one in the middle of the street to see if someone would run over it or stop and pick it up. I know crazy.

It's all those angry girlfriends trying to throw something at their boyfriends, but miss. Hopefully they weren't too expensive.
