Most employers will check back 7 years. Depending on the sensitivity of the job some may go back even further.

Are you talking about the state of Mousuri? Or is this some sort of job, MO? However, what they dont know wont hurt them! If you've honestly repented of your sin's and ask God to forgive you, and pray on this, your not lieing by not telling them.. I wouldn't put down any arrest record whatsoever, unless you look like the type that's been down that road, you know... and even then just explain to them that you heard their are laws of discrimination that unless you've robbed a bank and are applying for a money type of job, then they cannot discriminate against you!! I heard this from a "Paralegal" friend of mine! There isn't any types of jobs that you cant do, unless it involves, Federal offenses, of really bad felony's.. Like, my friend who was a "Paralegal" we grew up with right, and we'd all known him since we were kids, and he ended up pulling a "Stupid" with some friends of his, and decided to rob some "Rich" couple, of all of their Jewels, and had them blind folded and the works, right, well while he was doing time, he decided to spend alot of his time in the law library, and wanted to become an actual "attorney" but, he found out that he couldn't but that he could legally become a Paralegal, and that's what he did, when he got out, he became a Paralegal, and even told his boss about his crime, and everything, and told them that he'd learned his lesson, while in prison, and they ended-up, highering him because he knew the law like the back of his hand, and wouldn't settle for less! And they liked his knowledge and took a chance with him anyway!! So, hun just pray on this one, and believe God that He has removed this from your slate as far as the "East is From the West" okay!!! Good Luck to you, and I'll say a prayer for you too, okay!! Smile!!! And just believe with your whole heart your going to get this job!!
