How can I download programs on my Computer at work.?

When I don't have administrative privileges ? Can I use a personal laptop to circumvent their controls ? Please serious hackers only !

If there is a firewall in place its' not advisable to download at work, if you do they will know that you have circumvented their protocols and that could lead to disciplinary action, if you use your personal laptop they can also find you by the difference in computer name on the network.
