Have a friend, who's grandad is a few months from passing away. How can I support her?

Be there for him/herand comfort him/her - but remember that her moods will sway as she takes things on board so be lenient with her and don't forget that the time when her grandad passes away is going to come soon so arrange to do something like going to the picture or something you both enjoy and try and cheer him/her up but don't do it too soon after the loss

She's is going to hear all the cliches, so dont feed her any. If she wants to talk, listen.

Let her know that you will be there for her when she needs to talk cry whatever... That's about all you can do really.
