Look in your computer's BIOS & you will see that 32MB of shared RAM is being allocated to the onboard video adapter.

Thats because your video is using 32 mb or memory (128-32=960).

Your graphic card is sharing memory from your RAM installed on motherboard.
Your total memory on board = 128MB and windows showing 96MB in system properties.
128-96 = 32MB reserved for Graphic Card.,
you can change the graphic card memory by configuring your BIOS setting for Display adapter.

actually 32 mb of ram covers the programs which is present during the isalling of windows or os. its not that ur pc is not a128 mb ram, it is 128. dont worry. abhi tu agar 256 ram bhi kharidega toh thoda ram automatically kam ho jata hai.
