I have a 97 gp gt with the 3.8 in it and i get a bit less than you do, but i drive the car hard. What your getting is good, unless you have noticed a drop recently in your mpg then there might be a problem but other wise no

It sounds about right. You maybe a little overdue for a tune up. They are a heavy car. Try to tune up and run a bottle of fuel system cleaner. Try a different gas brand for a tank or two to see if there is an improvement. Shell has detergents to help clean up your fuel system and helps your engine perform better.
