I think the shipment they are talking about might have something to do with the micro shipment. This is p[probably connected to the hostage situation that happen at the metro court. What Evey is going down, Mr Craig is still involved with some how and he has dragged Nickolas into it. Plus he has poison Nickolas with some kind of poison - so Nicholas with cooperate with him, so he can stay in the country. So what ever is going down with Alkezar and Craig and Sonny and Jason. I think everything is linked together. That also includes Scott Baldwin. So some how one way or another - every thing is going to tire in together, like one neat little package.

They never really say that the "shipment" is unless something tragic happens because of it. Sonny also refers to his shipment as "coffee" but I think it's always understood to be drugs.
