I get up every morning and put on make up but by the time I drive 30 minutes to work you can't even tell I put anyone. The foundation, blush, eye shadow, and lipstick have all disappeared. I used lotion to add moisture to my face because I was told that would help, I have tried a lot of different brands but nothing has worked. I have fair skin skin what works and last all day?

After 30 minutes and the makeup is gone? By putting a moisturizer first is a good idea. You should try then using a face powder such as Clinique or Benefit, they work well. Then you can apply some eyeshadow, blush, eyeliner and waterproof mascara, whatever brands work for you. A nice lipgloss would be nice. Oh maybe you're using such light colors that they fade? Some brands have lower quality when it comes to colors. You just gotta check things out. Trial and error.

On weekends, I use Tarte products because their stains last all day without needing to reapply color. The Tarte cheek stains come in roll-ons with several shades that look like a natural blush. They stay on all day. Tarte's Rise and Shine lip stain comes in two colors: pink and cherry. You "paint on" the lip stain, wait 15 seconds for it to dry and then apply the plumping gloss. The sheer color stays on and you just need to reapply the gloss to keep your lips shiny. Vincent Longo makes a lip stain I tried at Sephora and that didn't come off even after I washed my hands twice. I'd say that was the most permanent makeup I've ever tried. One tip: inexpensive makeup is usually not worth wearing. The cheap blushes, eye shadows and lipsticks won't stay on as well as quality makeup. Even though better brands cost more, you get your money's worth overall. I like Prescriptives, Shiseido and Clinique.

OK..as a theater kid I know what works...but it clogs your pores like there's no tomorrow...you have 2 options really...go to Merle Norman...by the Total Finish foundation...it's like 23 dollars but won't come off no matter what you do...everything you put on on top of it stays on too...it's great stuff...but it's really heavy...or you can wear what you normally wear...and as much as your gonna hate me for this...spray hairspray on your face to keep in it...but make sure you wash your face really well when your done wearing it because it will break your skin out if you don't...if your not feeling the hairspray...make sure to put a translucent powder over your face after applying make-up...it gives it a finished look, reduces shine, and helps add an extra layer so it doesn't come off as easily

i use revlon colorstay and smashbox products. mac is good but it's expensive, smashbox is a little more expensive too. the colorstay will really stay on all day! also smashbox has a product called photo finish primer. It's a silicone gel that you put on before applying foundation. it helps make the skin surface even (wrinkles, lines, blemishes) and also keeps your foundation in place from smudging or rubbing off. also try a loose powder to help keep some color on your face.

Foundation - Clinique Superfit - stays on all day, looks great at the end as it did in the beginning!

Eyes - I like Revlon's Colourstay 12hr eyeshadows - available singley in some shades, or as a nice palette of 4 co-ordinated colours.

Cheeks and lips - I like Benefit's Lip Stain, can also be used on cheeks. Stays all day.

Wow, after 30 minutes it's already gone? Yikes! Try Revlon's colorstay. It lasts all day for me (I am also very fair skin - redhead!)

I like the bare minerals. I have very fair skin too and this is the one that I like to use because it stays all day and doesn't leave me looking pale and pasty.
