They've been saying this since the "War on McMahon and DX" ended. They've said "guys get put on the sideline in TNA, and are never used" Well they're obviously not those guys, or at least they weren't a month ago.
Here's the skinny, Kip Sopp and Brian Armstrong love to play the industry, and they know how to do it. They think they're bigger than they really are because "they were in DX" but they're not. Kip's had ample push by BOTH promotions in the past, and plenty of chances to prove himself, all of which he failed. Armstrong was THE face of TNA back in the day. He had plenty of shots at the world, never held it (thank god), but had shots at it and got to be the main event until TNA picked up bigger and better stars.
Plain and simple, Armstrong and Sopp are attention seeking money grubbers out to do nothing but make a buck and get on TV. Do I blame them for their political nature? No, it's smart to be that way, but it's also greedy. They're going to end up getting theirselves fired, because right now they're small potatoes to TNA, and when they do get fired they'll have nowhere to go. WWE has it's doors closed, and I'm sure their good ol' pals Levesq and Hickenbottom aren't too pleased after the month long shoot angle they did against them. All I have to say is, they need to keep their mouths shut and know their place, and pray that this kind of publicity (and no publicity's bad, mind you) will get them another storyline run in TNA that doesn't involve Hemme.

If it is confirmed and they come back to the WWE, they will definitely get a Tag Team Title shot. They can beat Cena and Michaels. They will likely end up on Raw if they do come back.

It's pretty possible. You have seen many people switching between TNA and Raw and many of them become champions at times so i think it is possible for that to happen.
