Confront somebody when I find out they did something to piss me off. I usually wait until the person talks to me, unless it's really bad...

Park in Walmart's "Employee of the Month's" parking space, and I don't work there. When I see someone easily climb out of a car in a hadicapped space (with a sticker), and ask them what their handicap is. 1. Their not handcapped and become speechless, and, 2. The expressions are priceless.
