My biggest dream is tobe an actress, ive wanted this since i was a little girl, im a junior in high school right now in San Jose CA. i just turned 17 in march. and i was just wondering waht do i have to do to get out there and be seen?

Why dont you.... Oh, I really dont know. Famous people usually end up famous by accident. Oh, I know!!
Try taking acting school. It may take a while, but after a while, the people who run the program know producers/record people/fashion model agency's, and if they think your good enough, they'll call them up, and tell them they have found talent. But acting is not some Cheetah Girls slumber party. You have to work hard, and the critics are tough. Extremly tough. And the programs are far from affordable. but, 2 of my friends do it, and they pay $1000 a month. So you really gotta love to do it.
But I think thats a great thing to pursue (if you really want it).
Last question: Do you want to do it for the love of acting? Or do you wanna to do it to get:
1. famous
2. In magazines
3. To buy fancy stuff with all the money you earn??
Ask yourself that. The results may be surprising.

Look in the entertainment section of your local city paper, and look for casting calls for various plays that are being held. Go and audition, and if you are accepted, then you are an actress.
ALso, when you get out of high school go to the local community college and take acting lessons. You should be able to get auditions and verious parts through that. Once you pass an audition, then you are an actress.

She is far too "blah" for this film! You're so correct! She will have to were gambling the undead...might be a zombie alternatively of a vampire! I can not suppose that they went together with her within the casting. Of path, she will often beat my @$$, so I'd bigger be careful, however nonetheless. I was once very upset within the option to solid her for Bella.

alot of them move to hollywood & do casting calls but I don't know for sure but anyways good luck

Maybe you could start in community plays and start small and maybe one day you would be discovered!
