That although she was regarded as beautiful and had an alluring attraction for powerful men, she was actually rather ugly; the only pictures of cleopatra are on a few coins and these show her to have a rather large nose receding forehead and pointy chin. These coins were produced at a time when Rome was friendly to cleopatra and can be seen as accurate.

It depends which one you mean - there were six or seven of them. The last one - the last of the Ptolemies - was married at the age of 17 to her 10 year old brother Ptolemy XIV Philopator, as co-ruler, after her father died in 51BC. He made the Roman Senate the executors of his will.

On the other hand, years earlier, Cleopatra III,betrayed her mother and prostituted herself to her uncle in order to become queen....

The last Cleopatra, as well as having a son, Cesarion, by Julius Caesar, had a daughter, Cleopatra Selene, by Antony.

According to Plutarch, when Octavius was finally marching on Alexandria, she took all her treasure and a load of torch wood and kindling into a wonderful tomb near the temple of Isis, with the intention of making Octavius negotiate a settlement or she would burn herself and all the treasure. She would appear to have been distracted from this by the dying Antony being brought to her, having attempted to fall on his sword and not doing the job properly.

Are these interesting enough?

She was probably blonde, due to Greek ancestry; at the time most aristocratic Greeks were fair. Ceremonial black Egyptian wigs hid this.
She was also a real expert on the use of aromatics as a part of the seduction process.
Oh and her name simply means Fame of the father in Greek.
