HI
Try to get No Tresspassing papers, restraining order or calling the police so much that they finally tell the people next time we come out some legal asction shall be taken, trying video taping the crime against you. if you rent it will be less expensive in the long run just to move.

One thing a court or police cannot ignore if video proof....catching them on tape committing a crime is better than any attorney in a court room. So surveillance camera's are a good idea. Also, talk with other neighbours in the area, and if they have witnessed anything, see if they will document it, or even write a letter addressed to "Whom It May Concern" voicing what they have seen and experienced. Take this evidence to the law enforcement agency nearest you, and get them working on the case also. Most city's have noise laws, so when they are being extra noisy call the police......and then get police reports and document everything.
With enough documentation and evidence (statements, video surveillance, police reports, etc.) you will have more then enough for any court and police to calm down the neighbourhood.

At the risk of stating the obvious, I would say that you should begin documenting any incidents that occur. If the problems are serious enough in nature call the police, file a police report, that way if you end up taking them to court you will have proof that they are the problem. Unfortunately, without any proof it's your word against theirs.
