Laila Ali is a natural, she has a lot of potential. Her teacher Maksim Chmerkovskiy is an awesome dancer, but I don't know anything about him as a coach. It will be interesting to see.
Cheryl knows how to train beginners and how to choreograph winning routines. I'm pretty sure they will be in the show for a while. But I wasn't impressed with their ChaCha as much as to say they are going to win. Besides, she won twise already. There is no way the judges are going to let Cheryl win again, otherwise she'll be too much of a celebrity.
Kym finally got a partner with some physical potential. (Not like Jerry was bad, but the guy certainly had limitations.) She definatelly knows how to teach and how to sell their dancing to the audience.
Paulina is a beauty with class, I want her to stay on the show. Alec better do his job and teach her well. He's totally hot himself, but I'm worried about his Standard and I'm worried about his tendency of pushing his students too hard and not selling their dancing to the audience later.
Karina seems to be making the same mistake over and over again - treating her partner as a pro while he's just a beginner. And that wig - what kind of idea was that.
I must say, I really miss Alec and Edyta dance together professionally and teaching at their studio. Same for Jonathan and Anna.
Sorry it is all from a ballroom dancer's prospective - I respect the stars a lot for taking the challenge. But I follow the news in the world of ballroom dancing a lot more than any other social news, some of the professionals I even know personally.

Laila Ali and Joey Fatone are execellent. Billy Ray Cyrus needs to get his act together and do better on Monday. He was very sloppy this week.

I think Joey Fatone will win because of how he handles problems on the floor, his natural charisma, and his talent. Just watching him makes you want to dance because he looks like he is having fun. Also, he seemed to moves flawlessly in his first performance.
