Well there isnt really no easy way to fracture your thumb really.Alot off thumb injuries i see are either skiing accidents or falling off a ladder, but some times these injuries are so bad they need surgery first to pin the fracture then a cast which would be on for at least 12 wks.

I'm guessing that you're like....maybe 10, right? Kids think it's cool to have a cast and that's why you want to break ur thumb. They dont usually put a cast on thumbs unless you break the joint that connects it to your wrist. And there's no "least painful" way either...just to tell ya, they all hurt.

You can buy a little cast for yourself in the drugstore if that's all you want. It's a padded metal thing. They don't use old fashioned plastic casts anymore.
I'm not sure why you need to hurt yourself..,but I'd go with dislocation. Just hang plastic grocery bags full of soda or gallons of water from your thumb until it pops out. Hurts. No way to hurt yourself without it hurting.
Once it's been dislocated it'll happen again and again--you'll have to be careful.

There is no way that is not painful, but it can be easily done, like I did when I stood on a round stone in a carpark, my foot went side ways, I lost my balance and fell on my hand. It really wasn't hard to do, but boy was it painful! And I didn't even get a cast, just a little plastic splint!

Honestly the easiest way to break you thumb with a lot less pain is to shove ur thumb up ur butt REAL HARD and then fall on ur butt real hard a couple times and and take it out it should be broken

Why would you want to do that? anyway... You wouldnt even get a cast for a finger, why dont you just break your arm or something cooler? There's no such thing as breaking anything on your body that wont be painful. Sorry about your luck.

buy one of those thumb casts on ebay that would be PAINLESS why would you want to get one of those regular white casts that start to stink really bad

reasons you shouldnt really brake it

1.the white cast youd get would stink after a while

2.you couldnt shower with a real one so YOUD stink as well as the cast would

3.if you did shower youd get soap and water all up in it and that would feel right

4.you couldnt play sports

5.you coldnt eat properly

6.IT WOULD HURT!!!!!!!!

7.you would have to deal with it for about a month or 2 or a lot of weeks!!!!!!!!!!!!

No one will put your thumb in a cast. The put it in little splints. You can do that yourself. You want a cast, break your arm. Get really drunk and throw yourself down a flight of stairs. If that doesn't work, repeat till it does.

Take some quad bars. Then drink a whole lot.

or you can tell the doctor you need a cast so you can get laid from impressing the ladies with your cast.

...he'll understand and I'm sure your insurance will cover your "injuries".
