Girl, I feel your pain!!!!
I am 37 weeks pregnant and have had constant yeast infections. The doctor prescribed me something, (gynazol) but when I read the package info, it said not recommended for pregnancy, so I didn't use it. An OB nurse at the hospital told me Monistat was safe, so I've been using that. She also told me that any pill kind of treatment was not safe during pregnancy, and I've read on several sites that the one-time treatment is not effective during pregnancy, so I got the 7 day cream. Cutting out sugar and changing your pantiliner constantly helps a lot, too. (Medical facts and experience : )
As far as your skin goes, I've had major go-rounds with that, too. ProActiv has worked well for me in the past and my doc said it was safe, but if you don't want to spend the money, (as I don't right now-) I have been using Neutrogena's 3-step Advanced Solutions kit, which I was skeptical about, but it's worked well. I use it in the morning and at night, and wear makeup over it during the day, and I have pretty stubborn acne.
Hope that helps : )

Face problem- totally normal. I felt like a teenager my first few weeks of this pregnancy. Try witch hazel, OR even a daily clay mask for 10 days or so will clear everything right up. (Dont be surprised if more pop up before they all clear away, thats naturally going to happen)
The problem with skin medications and such is that certain ingredients are NOT ok to use during pregnancy. If you are using anything for your face that contains accutane, retinoids, salicylic acid, or benzoyl peroxides you should discontinue use immediately and consult your OB.

Yes- yeast infections are fine to be treated during pregnancy. Do NOT douche ever during pregnancy. My OB recommended Monistat for me and it worked just fine. I think those books just don't advocate taking actions into your own hands, rather relying on the "ask your OB" excuse instead.

i don't think there is really anything you can do about your face. as far as the yeast infection you just can't treat it with those take it once and its gone you need to talk to your doc. they will give you something that may or may not work. there was a news broadcast on that once i saw online not sure where though. but i think you can also take like monistat 3 but just ask to be sure.
