I leave my card at home and only take a little wherever I'm going, it will be there if I have to come back.. and usually I get some time to really think it over.

I never ever pay with exact change for anything. When I come home at the end of the day, I toss the change into a jar. Once a year, we cash it in. This year, we saved $722.00 in loose change. It adds up pretty quick!

I am a big believer in grocery ads and coupons. My normal savings is 33%-47% per trip (says this on my receipts)

only put an allowance for the week in your wallet. try to keep as much as you can till the end of the week. if you used it out, you would have to wait till the next week. Don't walk with a debit card around.
