What programs work to jump music from an ipod to my computer??? Any suggestions helpful.

I tunes. That is the no1 site for ipods. i use it myself.

I don't think iTunes will take music from your iPod, it will only put music onto your iPod. I did this once, though. I think I plugged my iPod into the USB port and then accessed it as a mass media drive. Then I copied the files from the iPod to my computer manually. It was a bit of a mess because the files were in folders and the folders had strange names, not the names of my playlists. Good luck.

there is a setting in the itunes when you have your ipod connected to be able to see the contents in your ipod. then you just open up my computer then it was be (remove able device e:\) or what ever letter it is. then you can search through there. but the names wont be in there until after you transfer them from your ipod to your computer. it was be something like 2n3ict something weird like that.

Tansee iPod Transfer can backup songs in iPod to PC, copy iPod songs to new computer or notebook, share iPod songs with friends.

Theres a software called Copy Pod available specially for that.. there's no other way
