I have replaced the coil pks, icm, ecm/pcm, and all it does is crank & crank. I don't have a spark. What am I missing?

Check the fuel preasure, you didn't say what motor is in the s-10 but the 4.3l vortech motor needs the corect fuel preasure in order to start. Even 5 psi less than spec will result in a no-start condition. I can give you these specs if i know exactly what motor your have, the 4.3l engine i will need the 8th number of the vin to correctly identify the motor you have. Gm has 2 different 4.3l they used that year.

Have you looked inside the distributor? In my 93 I have to change the rotor every few years.
