I have a coworker, on my team who NEVER does his share of the task given, he is always given the easiest of all the work load, I dont know what to do...and the Team lead hates me, so I cant go to her....help

1) Ask yourself why the team lead dislikes you. Because you're perceived as a complainer, or as someone who is too worried about how the work is divided to get it done correctly?
2) Make the slacker your friend so you can ask him why he's doing what he is.
3) Do your assigned work perfectly and without whining so that your management can see that your performance is better than that of others and thus promote you away from Slacker Boy, Hateful Lead, and others whom you dislike.

Why does the team lead hate you? Aren't you all in the same boat? I would first talk to the coworker and tell him/her what is the deal. Also then I would talk to the team leader. You have to have a good working environment to get good, clear and positive area to get work loads completed. However, when you talk to them don't sound like "me, me, me," use things like: that it would benefit the company and the project if we worked better....

I know it is very difficult to do this, but you are only responsible for what you do. Just do the best you can and try to not worry about the coworker. It will catch up with him eventually.
