Under the laws of USA you can, and you should. So what if your actions cause anarchy, it's about time Libs get some payback. Tell me where you are located, and when you plan to rally, I'll be right there with you! I want to burn Mexico's flag though, too, okay?

Sure. It all depends on the laws of the relevant country you are in at the time.
In the US, burning a flag is protected speech. Regardless of what flag is being burned.
In some other countries, you have no rights to freedom of speech, so you can be punished whenever the government doesn't like what you are saying.

In a free society like the USA, you can burn any flag you want as a protest, even your own country's.

Yawn. Is this really the most pressing issue you can think of to get worked up about? Yes, you're more than welcome to engage in something stupid and sophomoric like flag-burning if that's what floats your boat.

In the United States of America you have that freedom to express yourself. Elsewhere probably not.
