Well I have many emotional downs...So yeah the feeling is hard to explain. Here's the best I can do: I have a lump in my throat, knot in my stomach, feel like somebody's always walking over my heart, feel like I could burst into tears at any moment, feels like you mean nothing to anyone, no one loves you, no one cares. Okay I"ll stop
And for physical: I'm claustrophobic and being smothered wasn't that much fun for me.
