It depends on how often you're having sex and on which days in your cycle. A woman only ovulates for 5 days during her cycle and is only able to get pregnant during 1 of those days. But, that doesn't mean you have to have sex on that 1 day. A man's sperm can survive in a female's vaginal canal, cervix, uterus, and/or fallopian tubes for 3-5 days while waiting for the egg to be released. Before you go to the doctor, monitor yourself for a month or two, writing down the dates you have sex, when you get your period, and how long your period lasts. Not only will this help you, but when or if you go to the doctor, he or she will ask for this information anyways. (FYI: ovulation usually occurs 10 - 15 days after the first day of your period, but this is based on a perfect 28 day cycle). There are many books out there dealing with monitoring your cycle that are super helpful - check them out.

If you've been trying to conceive for 1 1/2 years, then you should see a doctor for a fertility evaluation. If you aren't actually trying, but just not preventing pregnancy, I wouldn't worry about it at this point. It's really only a concern if you want to be pregnant and are sure that you are having intercourse at your fertile times of the month, but nothing is happening for over 1 year.

i think of the terrific thank you to alienate your daughter is to call the police. that's unlike she's 14 or 15 and he's 30. Be sane and rational approximately this. Reiterate on your daughter that the only risk-free intercourse is not any intercourse, observed by utilising use of start administration (in the form of a barrier: condoms, etc). If she isn't on start administration, then please verify she gets on some. i'm specific she is a sturdy woman yet that would not recommend she would be able to't or won't prefer to test with intercourse. there is not any longer something incorrect with it as long as she is being risk-free and sane approximately it and no person is forcing her. Please, do no longer call the law enforcement officers. it's going to make your daughter hate you for specific, and this guy is youthful and to me (somebody who has had adventure with pedophiles and rapists), it would not sound like he's a undesirable guy, in effortless terms a guy who did some thing dumb.

Stop trying to get pregnant. If you have that in your head every time you want to make love with your man, it may (and probably has) affected you.
My mom tried like crazy to get pregnant for a long time after having me, after a while she stopped trying to get pregnant and boom, nine months later I've got a brother (four years younger than me).
So don't obsess about it.
