How whould he be kept accountable if he can choose to fire those that would investagate his actions as well as the actions of his suordinates? How can he be held accountable if he can choose to suppress info that might prove wrong doing. George Bush is possibly guilty of some of the greatest manipulations of the American people, to support an agenda that served not the American people but private intrests of a few people. People who could not possibly be loyal to the American people if they were to accept the benifit of an agenda that puts the general public of America at risk.

any president that is elected by the people is accountable to them they put him in office, this president serves his masters well and does the bidding of large corporations and the rich so if you do not think this is so then tell me in six years time what has he done that did not benefit the rich even to the point of letting the large drug companies write the senior prescription plan but in answer to you yes he should be accountable

He should be accountable to the American People but he is not!

Bush feels that God should actually be accountable to him!

...technically, he is accountable. ...but what does that mean?
Take a-look at the President before him... President "drop his pants"... so what did that account for...? "we" vote for them..... (who are "we" accountable to...?)
