If they ask; yes you have to reply honestly. Odds are when they run a background check it'll pop anyway.

It is legal in all states to request felony convictions on an application. If it is asked for, you must provide the info or risk being found dishonest during an interview or background check.

If it is not requested, you are not obligated to provide it. Again, be aware that many companies run background checks on new employees, so just because they didn't ask on the application doesn't mean it will never come up.

If you have a Felony for something you are suppose to give that information in any State,because they will find out you lied
when they run the application for your background in a Job,
But it's up to you.Maybe you could ask someone about
your fears at the job interview,they are pretty understanding if you are Honest and really want the position.

If they ask for the information, you must provide it or you can be discharged for lying on an application for employment. Be sure to write a note on the application about any mitigating circumstances, i.e., arrested for but not convicted, received pbj, et cetra.
