Song of The South.
The film has never been officially released on DVD or home video in the USA, because of content which Disney executives believe would be construed by some as being racially insensitive, and is thus subject to much rumor.

You can actually get most Disney movies with relative ease here in the United States, but "Song of the South" was never released in the United States for home viewing intact because it was deemed as "insensitive" to black people. (Personally, I think it's a crock, since "Birth of a Nation," which is explicitly racist, is considered enough of a classic to be released on DVD here in the United States.) Heck, the fact that it's Disney's first live-action film should be a very good reason for at least a limited release.
However, it's available on VHS and laserdisc in most other countries, including the U.K., if Wikipedia is correct. It's just sort of a pain to actually get a copy of it is all. There are even bootleg copies of it in the U.S., but it'd probably be more difficult for you to find.
Other than that, most Disney movies are available on DVD and/or VHS. The original version of "Pete's Dragon," however, is a possible exception to this, and that's because there's uncertainty about whether the uncut version (134 minutes) is still in existence in the Disney vault. The edited versions, however, are available.

Most of them...Disney does this thing where every 10 years they re-release a movie and then put in back in the "Disney Vault" for 10 more years...the one that is out for this year is Peter Pan. Last year it was Mary Poppins and The Little Mermaid. Please be aware that you can buy most of them on E-Bay or other online bidding sites
