Make a list of the excuses people use for being late on not coming in at all ,and what can be or should be done to control that situation.Believe me I have heard them all and once made a list for my dept. of the reasons people used . They ranged from getting drunk the night before and having a hangover(at least that one was probably pure honesty) to my garage apt. collapsed and I could not get out(original at least.)

a superior topic to write down about is Corperate u . s .'s use of eminent area. Eminent area is about large commercial conglomerates taking on land that belongs to the familiar public or persons. that is an outstanding topic to write down about because no longer purely can it sprout public debate, besides the indisputable fact that it also brings morals about suitable and incorrect into the photo. wish this helps!
