If it's a casual dinner, yes of course. However if you are going on a fancy or more formal dinner, I would say no. Maybe the red shirt with a skirt. But not those jeans. Possibly others jeans though. Just the appearance of ripped jeans is not pleaseant on a formal dinner occasion.

Red will work but what would look real nice is a black shirt, nice belt & some dressier shoes, jazz up the jeans a bit

INo matter what kind of dinner, I would have to say no on the jeans. They look like something you would wear to a real casual place. Change it to a black skirt, pants or capris.
