The worst thing that I got when trick or treating was a dying frog that was thrown in my bag by a little boy standing next to his mother at the door.

Real Estate Business Cards...Kids don't have money!! They attach their business cards to the candy bags as advertisement..that why they can write off on their taxes the candy as a form of advertiseing

beat up,,,as i lived in the city by an elevated train station
and was always first on line on the down
escalator side... and during the time we waited for the trains to come in,,,,someone was always trying to beat me out of my spot...... we had the real spooked out Halloweens
then....my parents screaming from the tenements windows
6 flights up.....telling my 5 brothers carry her up,,,,gently
with half my clothing in a CUSHMANs bakery box,,,
even got a cup cake ,,from the owner,,,for free,,,
being i was the poor victim of abuse to ,,him,,,
yes it was Halloween in the city...in 1948 ending of
war # 2...no chocolates...lucky to have sugar
and a brown paper bag of pennies gum...and mints
and the cost to see our family doctor dad called him
bang burger,,,his real name was baunbergher
it cost him ten to see me actually less he kept the pennies i kept the treats...

A busted nose. Lady slammed the door in my face. Old biddy! But guess what she got........Yep papered! But that was when I was a kid. I don't do that kind of thing anymore. At least not most of the time.
