is there a bios upgrade for the P4B266-LA motherboard?

I had an emachines that had an issue, when I called tech support they told me to update the bios......I ended up frying the motherboard, but since they told me to update the bios, it was covered by the warranty.....

The process of flashing the bios can do severe damage if not done correctly, and its not recommended to do this unless you know what your doing. I followed the instructions on the site and still killed my mobo....so be prepared.....

I found one link that claimed to have your bios update, but turned out to be chipset drivers....
